To create these bikes you will need a saddle. It runs around in the air leaving a trail of snow. In the water it moves very fast. If you keeping jump you can reach amazing heights. Sheeps are pretty ordinary really, nothing special.

The snow golem bike allows you to ride around on a snow golem. Be default the fire will not set any terrain on fire. Whenever you press spacebar it will throw its arms in nikes arm and hit any nearby creature.
The moment you press shift it will place the animal down again. If you jump up right away when landing it will jump up higher.

The ghast bike allows you to fly around on a ghast. For instance the Ender Dragon, while giving you the ability to fly, will also breath fire for you if you right click it with flint and steel.

The polar ainmal bike allows you to ride around on a polar bear. The spider bike allows you to ride around on a spider.
When you run into an animal it will pick it up. To go forward you have to jump.
Whenever you spawn the ocelot bike it will also spawn 3 cats which follow the ocelot bike around. Notch spits out apples if you try to jump with it.

Aside from being able to travel faster in the game, this mod actually gives you something previously un-craftable: The dino bike allows you to ride around on a dino. The polar bear bike starts out running slow, but after 5 seconds of running it speeds up. The ender dragon bike is crafted using end stone found in the end. The reindeer bike is made out of spruce saplings. The Wither bike is crafted with wither skulls which drop from wither skeletons.
The silverfish bike allows you to ride around on a silverfish. Once you have your bike crafted, all you need to do is right click with the item in hand to spawn it, then right click again with an empty hand to ride it. Whenever you try to jump when you ride the enderman bike you will teleport to a radom location forward. While running around on your snow golem, you can shoot snowballs by trying to jump.
The cow bike allows you to ride around on a cow.

Chickens dont fall, but slowly hover down. Since the flower bike is one of the easier flying bike to craft it moves quite slow. The iron golem blkes allows you to ride around on an iron golem.

Once the pig bike starts running it cant be stopped and its crazy fast.
