You batch make about 9 portions which was really simple to do, and then serve up with some yoghurt. Then all of a sudden week 2 arrived. For some it will fall off, some will take longer, so concentrate on yourself and go smash it! So now that I have really got in to it you can really see the difference from my fitness levels from one week to the next. So I joined the 90 day SSS plan with the Body coach in order to see If I could improve my health and maybe, just maybe, put this Graves disease into remission. As brutal as it sounds, you need to just try suck it up for the days that it can happen for, as I PROMISE it passes and you will thank yourself for it in the long run.

Mentally you can totally push yourself 90eaysss that and 2 smaller sections is better than the long repetitive one! There was always a part of me that wanted to have a go at it. Such a great service and it definitely put my mind at ease.

Smashing The Body Coach 90 Day SSS "Like a Boss"!
It was a carb refuel meal, that I had always been put off making as the carb in it was sweet potato. Instead I was eating artificially flavoured muller lights like no tomorrow… no comparison really! Another great light fish dish, took a bit more prep as you need to blitz up lots of parsley and parmesan to make the delicious crust for the cod.
A healthier take 90dayses the classic but still tasty enough. Perhaps not with honours though, as things began to slow down towards the end.

Why do you need to eat more? Having said that, this week I have really noticed my body change.
But Im not a quitter i'm never one to give 90dayssw. My jeans fit a little better, randomly I feel a little taller as my posture is better and the way I carry myself has improved. Iv actually 'V logged' this bit, and it will be over on my Youtube on Wednesday so you can check it out.

Im an inch smaller than 4 weeks ago and who knows what will happen in C2 and C3. Systematically or spontaneously, as long as you do them, it really makes zero difference how it goes down.
Probably meat rather than rice.
But I can honestly say I have not had one sip of alcohol and only two coffees in the whole month, coming from a social drinker and a coffee addict that is more than impressive. Im not sure why it has taken me to sending off my underwear shots to The Body Coach to realise what I actually look like, but i'm glad I did. There were a few misses among the hits. So many diets are calorie counting or cutting out fat that you end up depriving your body of essentials that it needs.
Equally, when having reduced carb based meals, these are to have a higher level of fats which your body requires to fuel everyday activities.
Should I be having this rather than that? Reduced Carb The chicken Caesar salad bagel was immense! Broken down simply, you are just adding extra carbs to one of your meals per day whilst training, the rest of the structure is the same!
