I suppose this is a known problem but anyway here is another one with the same problem. Connect your player to your computer Double-click the firmware update file and follow the instructions on the screen Once the update is completed, the media player will reboot itself. Can i downgrade the firmware as i found in the forum that downgrade the firmware will solve the issue, but the setting doesn't show the covers that we have in the folders of the movies.
